Technical Lead (AI & Full‑Stack)

About the role

Pints AI is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the next wave of enterprise AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of AI research and product delivery, guiding a team of developers while translating high‑level visions into concrete, secure, and performant software.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype AI use‑cases such as claims processing, compliance, risk assessment, and onboarding using Autothought and domain‑tuned RAG models.
• Own full‑stack development of internal AI‑powered tools (React + Express) with a focus on reliability, privacy, and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborate directly with client business, compliance, and technical teams to shape requirements, validate assumptions, and deliver iteratively.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and maintain high‑quality codebases.
• Stay aligned with Pints AI R&D on LLM orchestration, embeddings, and compression, contributing to internal tools and open‑source libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with high autonomy.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and strong multitasking abilities.
