Training & Learning Development Manager

About the role

The Training & Learning Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the curriculum for Stagmont's Training Institute. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure learning solutions are relevant, engaging and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs.
• Design and develop comprehensive training solutions, including bite‑sized videos, slide decks and infographics.
• Implement training programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update existing training materials to keep them current.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to drive pedagogical transformation.

Required profile

• Education in Learning and Development or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred, though candidates without experience may apply.
• Experience designing training curricula and creating concise content formats.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conceptualise and develop effective training solutions.
