Travel Specialist – Booking & Tour Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Specialist to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and manage the full tour operation lifecycle. You will serve clients from initial contact through post‑tour follow‑up, ensuring a high standard of service in line with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from all sources with the goal of securing bookings.
• Provide post‑booking client service according to company SOPs.
• Manage all aspects of tour operations to support finance and statistical reporting.
• Collect client feedback after tours and relay insights to the product team.
• Assist with marketing activities as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a travel agency or related environment preferred.
• Passion for travel and solid travel knowledge.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with strong people and service skills.
• Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
