UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences for modern web applications and platforms. You will drive user‑centred design, research, and innovation across a range of government projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews, observational studies, and ethnographic methods to uncover user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Create and refine end‑to‑end user journeys, information architecture, and interaction designs that improve usability and accessibility.
• Develop high‑fidelity interface designs aligned with established design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• Validate design concepts through iterative testing and data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service design, UX research, or related user‑centred design disciplines.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers and contribute to successful product launches.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process and end‑to‑end solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
