UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative design team in Singapore. You will work on a mission‑critical operations platform, turning complex backend workflows into intuitive, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished UI/UX for the core operations platform, web interfaces, and internal tools.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with user workflows and business goals.
• Explore and prototype innovative concepts while supporting ongoing feature development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and iterate designs.
• Maintain design quality through regular desk checks and close collaboration with engineers.
• Analyze usage data to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, data‑heavy concepts into clear user flows.
• Excellent visual design skills; motion design and micro‑interactions are a plus.
• Deep understanding of UX principles across web, mobile, and touch interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and a user‑first, data‑driven mindset.
