Vice President, Family Investors

About the role

Brookfield's Global Client Group is looking for a Vice President to lead its Family Investor team. The role deepens and expands relationships with family offices and private investment entities across the Asia Pacific (China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, India, Japan and Korea) and raises capital across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit and renewable power. The position can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategies for family investors, including fund launches, co-investments and bespoke structures, and manage a portfolio of relationships with family principals, CIOs and investment teams.
• Cultivate new relationships through outreach, referrals and industry events, and act as an ambassador for the Brookfield brand.
• Work with product specialists, investment teams and senior leadership, and with legal, compliance and marketing, to deliver investor-facing solutions.
• Represent Brookfield at investor meetings, conferences and roundtables.
• Oversee portfolio updates, performance reports and post-investment communication, and help design client events.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations or business development in alternative asset management, private banking or investment advisory.
• Proven track record raising capital from family offices, institutional and/or private wealth channels.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Spoken Mandarin preferred; other languages helpful but not required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of private markets including real assets.
• Regulatory licensing for Hong Kong (SFC) and/or Singapore (MAS) preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, leadership and organization.
