Vice President of International Sales – Southeast Asia & Europe

About the role

The company is seeking a Vice President of International Sales to drive revenue growth and build regional sales organisations across Southeast Asia and Europe. You will lead a multicultural team, shape go‑to‑market strategies and forge strategic relationships with enterprise clients in both emerging and mature markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies for Southeast Asia and Europe, translating business goals into actionable regional plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments and customer needs to continuously refine the go‑to‑market approach.
• Allocate resources strategically across regions, focusing on enterprise accounts, compliance and partnerships in Europe, and channel development, localisation and market penetration in Southeast Asia.
• Lead negotiations and close large, complex deals with global enterprises, regional leaders and public‑sector clients, building C‑level relationships.
• Develop replicable sales playbooks and client‑success case studies across markets.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline, and optimise commercial processes including pricing, contracting, delivery and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of international sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership role (e.g., Sales Director, Regional Head, GM).
• Proven track record of expanding business across both Southeast Asia and Europe.
• Experience managing cross‑border, multicultural teams and closing large enterprise/complex solution deals.
• Deep understanding of regional business environments, cultural nuances and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for business communication; additional languages such as Thai or Vietnamese are a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Hong Kong, Singapore or elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
