Vice President, Pre-opening & Operations Support

About the role

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking a senior leader to drive pre‑opening initiatives and operational excellence across its three brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President will shape standards, support financial performance and champion brand consistency for all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous operational improvement, implementing and governing brand product and service standards.
• Champion quality assurance and brand standards across Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL hotels.
• Optimize operational financial performance, focusing on GOP, cost efficiency, labour productivity and flow‑through.
• Partner with Finance and Commercial teams on budgeting, forecasting and performance improvement.
• Support pre‑opening activities, including brand product planning, standards design and implementation for new developments.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and provide system‑wide expertise to properties.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, People & Culture, Technical Services and other functions to ensure consistent execution of standards.

Required profile

• Passionate and energetic individual with a strong drive for service excellence.
• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel operations, pre‑opening and brand standards.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Commercial and Technical Services.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess operational and financial performance and develop improvement plans.
