Guest Services Agent – Concierge & Bell Desk

About the role

The Guest Services Agent is the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance, information, or personalized recommendations. Based at Pullman Singapore Orchard, you will deliver seamless, friendly service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all guest services tasks, including concierge, porterage, and doorman duties.
• Supervise and participate in handling, safe‑keeping, and delivery of incoming and outgoing luggage and parcels.
• Welcome guests, promote in‑house facilities, and provide directions and suggestions for local attractions.
• Ensure smooth operation of the hotel entrance and driveway in line with Pullman’s code of ethics.
• Anticipate guest needs, create memorable experiences, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and surrounding events.
• Maintain service standards aligned with Accor Hotels values.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Certificate related to customer service or hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in concierge or guest services.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to speak a second language.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of prioritising and delegating tasks.
• Commitment to guest privacy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Good computer proficiency.
• Experience with property management systems.
