Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Workplace Experience team, handling recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Ensure flawless execution of events and meetings, maintaining standards in conference centres and shared spaces.
• Drive community engagement through vibrant programs, conference centre management and special events support.
• Oversee space booking, office standards, and day‑to‑day operational services.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and senior leaders to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
• Champion a safe, inclusive workplace and promote CBRE’s RISE values.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in workplace services, facilities, or hospitality environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and deliver high‑quality service.
