Account Manager – Oncology (Pharma)

About the role

The Account Manager (Oncology) will own strategic oncology accounts in Singapore, driving portfolio growth and supporting better patient outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned oncology territories, targeting sustainable growth and commercial targets.
• Build trusted relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses and other decision‑makers.
• Deliver product and disease‑area discussions tailored to customer needs and evolving treatment practices.
• Identify growth opportunities across priority tumour areas and translate market insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other internal teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Monitor account performance, market developments and customer insights, adjusting strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
• More than 4 years of professional experience within a multinational organisation.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management or strategic customer engagement.
• Oncology experience is advantageous; strong specialist pharmaceutical experience also considered.
