Account Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead the growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio in Singapore. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders to drive sales and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow business across assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans.
• Identify decision‑makers, uncover business opportunities and address access barriers.
• Engage specialists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product discussions aligned with HCP needs and patient journeys.
• Stay informed on clinical data, treatment guidelines and market trends.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other cross‑functional teams.
• Provide customer and market insights to shape portfolio strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum four years of experience in an MNC environment, including at least two years in healthcare.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, account management or customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Business acumen and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Agile, resourceful and comfortable using digital engagement tools.
