Account Manager – Unified Communications & IT Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will work in a hybrid setting from our Singapore office, collaborating with regional colleagues and travelling to branch offices only when needed. You will drive sales of Unified Communications, multimedia and IT solutions to enterprise, multinational and government customers, aiming to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Unified Communications (UC), multimedia and IT solutions to enterprises, MNCs and major government entities.
• Execute business strategies and account plans for the target sector.
• Build, manage and nurture a sales pipeline through cold calls, existing customers and internal leads.
• Develop tailored solutions based on client requirements to win and protect accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external consultants to create proposals.
• Deliver confident pre‑ and post‑sales service to exceed customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or IT.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in the UC/IT industry with a proven track record.
• Experience in solution sales or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Positive, energetic, ambitious, creative and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
