Accountant – Finance Team (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team at our Singapore headquarters. The role will support financial operations for Singapore and two regional entities, providing insights that help drive strategic decisions and acting as a business partner across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee statutory and compliance reporting for two regional entities and manage month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Run the group regional accounts payable function, handling supplier payments, cost accruals and inter‑company funding.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements, schedules and disclosure notes for the group.
• Perform monthly bank and inter‑company reconciliations and maintain accurate journal entries and balance‑sheet schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and the annual audit process.
• Liaise with regional service providers, tax agents and government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and analysis for stakeholder decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal‑control enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 3‑4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and self‑motivated.
