Accountant – Singapore & Overseas Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our dynamic team and manage financial operations for Singapore and our overseas entities. You will ensure accurate reporting, compliance with local and international standards, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting standards for Singapore and overseas entities in line with regulations.
• Oversee full‑spectrum accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidation reports, and statutory filings.
• Assist in integrating company accounts into the headquarters’ accounting framework and collaborate with IT to develop tailored financial systems.
• Continuously optimise financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage tax declarations, regulatory compliance, and act as a liaison across jurisdictions.
• Provide data‑driven financial support to project teams and contribute to strategic planning.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including exposure to Big 4 firms and in‑house finance.
• Experience in technology or fast‑paced industries is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Familiarity with local and international financial reporting standards and tax compliance.
