Accountant – Treasury & Financial Reporting

About the role

As an Accountant with Koch Refining International, you will support treasury operations, financial accounting and statutory compliance across Singapore and China, taking ownership of key accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, cash positioning and timely payment processing.
• Lead full‑cycle accounting for China entities, including accounts payable, payments and GAAP reconciliation.
• Drive month‑end close with accurate local GAAP adjustments and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Own GST filings and statutory submissions for Singapore entities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting with minimum five years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to support China accounting activities.
• Effective communication skills across diverse, multicultural audiences.
• Strong organisational attention to detail and good time‑management.
