Accounts Executive (Central)

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing both payable and receivable functions, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring compliance with local tax and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable including invoice verification, purchase order matching, vendor master maintenance and payment execution.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as inter‑company invoicing, debit/credit notes, AR reconciliations, ageing analysis and month‑end closing.
• Assist the general ledger team with journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, treasury matters and audit preparation.
• Manage tax and compliance activities, including GST filing and statutory reporting to local authorities.
• Prepare full sets of monthly and annual financial statements, compile reports in accordance with SFRS and submit XBRL filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Experience with XBRL reporting.
