Accounts Officer – Revenue Audit

About the role

The Accounts Officer – Revenue Audit will support the Finance Department of Conrad Singapore Marina Bay by ensuring accurate revenue reporting and compliance with Hilton’s financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily summaries of the hotel’s revenue.
• Audit daily work performed by operating departments.
• Record and post all transactions accurately.
• Reconcile and audit rate changes, discrepancies, corrections, voids, discounts, rebates, paid‑out items, house use, complimentary use, and gift vouchers.
• Perform control checks in line with Hilton policies, procedures and SOX requirements.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume accounts function.
• Good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and accuracy.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
