ACMV Engineer – Full Time

About the role

The ACMV Engineer will support the delivery of air‑conditioning, mechanical and ventilation (ACMV) projects across Singapore. Reporting to the Manager/Director, you will ensure that works stay on schedule, meet quality standards and comply with health and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution, attend site walks, meetings and supervise works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors to resolve technical matters.
• Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports and ACMV shop & as‑built drawings.
• Monitor quality standards and enforce health‑and‑safety protocols on site.
• Report project status and performance to the Manager/Director.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction or A&A ACMV projects.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards and procedures.
• Strong command of English and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
