Administration Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Administration Manager to lead our wholesale sales and supply‑chain activities for Oriental Construction. Based in Geylang, Singapore, you will drive sales growth, manage key accounts and ensure smooth product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies, set annual targets and plan quarterly promotions to boost market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with wholesalers, distributors and other key accounts, addressing their needs promptly.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance and market data to inform product portfolio decisions.
• Lead the sales team: create work plans, assign tasks, evaluate performance and provide training and development.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments to guarantee timely product supply, optimal inventory levels and efficient supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of relevant work experience in sales, wholesale or supply‑chain management.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets and to manage a team.
• Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
