Advisory – AI Strategy for Financial Services

About the role

Rogo is looking for an Advisory professional to lead AI strategy and partnership initiatives with the world’s largest financial institutions. Reporting directly to the founders, you will work closely with engineering, product and go‑to‑market teams to embed generative AI into core finance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute partnership strategies, including training, joint operations and alignment across enterprise clients.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal, driving multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating explicit and implicit business needs into joint AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Rogo’s engineering, product and GTM teams to deliver tailored solutions and measure success through KPIs and reports.
• Ensure exceptional user experiences by working hands‑on with end users and tackling the hardest production LLM challenges.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a front‑office finance role.
• Outstanding project‑management and communication skills; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Early‑employee or hyper‑growth startup experience is a plus.

Required skills

• LLM knowledge (ability to explain how a transformer works).
