About the role
The Aftersales Business Manager will partner with Aston Martin dealers across Southeast Asia to drive commercial performance and elevate customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to investors, General Managers and Aftersales leaders, using data‑driven insights to shape regional aftersales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver results in parts & accessories sales, extended warranties, customer satisfaction and overall dealer performance.
- Analyse business intelligence and performance data to identify growth opportunities and support decision‑making.
- Advise on operational improvements, capacity planning, investment cases and reduction of customer lead times.
- Lead audit and compliance activities, ensuring dealers meet Aston Martin standards.
- Support technical and customer escalations in collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
- Guide dealers on aftersales marketing, CRM activity, warranty processes and training.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in automotive aftersales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex relationships.
- Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly across Southeast Asia.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in English.
