AI Business Analyst

About the role

Fugro is looking for an AI Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders on AI, automation and data-driven solutions for its AI-enabled Marine Ground Digital Twin Platform. The role translates business needs into clear requirements, supports adoption across APAC and helps build or configure simpler solutions using approved Microsoft platforms. It is a 3-year fixed-term contract based in Singapore, open only to Singaporean or PR candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders, gather and prioritise requirements, and turn them into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery requirements.
• Identify use cases where AI, automation or analytics can improve processes, assess them by value, feasibility and effort, and maintain use case documentation and backlogs.
• Build or configure solutions with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365, and support prototypes, PoCs and workflow automations.
• Support adoption across APAC through workshops, demos, training and user guidance, and collect user feedback.
• Analyse business data, create dashboards and reports with tools such as Power BI, Excel or Microsoft Fabric, and define success measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, writing user stories and supporting adoption and training.
• Experience building simple solutions with Microsoft tools; Power BI, Excel or data analysis experience is favourable.
• 0-1 years of formal management experience; exposure to agile delivery is helpful.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
