AI Lead Developer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI‑driven solutions for enterprise initiatives. In this technical leadership position you will combine hands‑on expertise with strategic oversight, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑impact AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end‑to‑end implementation across multiple projects.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and Azure AI services.
• Integrate video analytics and AI‑based video processing capabilities into solutions.
• Design and implement AI workloads on Azure and other cloud platforms, including edge AI deployments.
• Apply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, and stay current with emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on AI development and implementation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI‑based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI and data projects.
• Proven ability to work in agile delivery environments and lead technical teams.
