AI Trainer - Inventory & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an AI Trainer to deliver specialized training on artificial intelligence applications for inventory and supply chain management. The role combines hands‑on classroom and virtual sessions to help professionals adopt AI tools that improve forecasting, stock tracking and logistics optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on AI‑driven inventory and supply‑chain solutions.
• Facilitate practical workshops using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other automation platforms.
• Conduct both in‑person and virtual sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or e‑learning systems.
• Customize course materials based on real‑world logistics scenarios and case studies.
• Teach techniques for inventory forecasting, reporting and optimisation.
• Guide learners through simulation‑based exercises and supplier‑analysis use cases.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of adult‑education training experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain or technology.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in inventory management, logistics or supply‑chain operations with exposure to AI.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Mandatory ACTA or ACLP certification; additional certifications in inventory management, analytics or AI are a plus.
