Android Developer – AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Android software engineer to create the native Android experience for Doit’s AI Finance Agent. The role focuses on building clean, high‑performance mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services, serving real customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Create seamless user journeys for insurance, payments, claims and financial services.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensuring stability, security and reliability.
• Monitor and improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously refine the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted mobile experiences where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and production‑grade app delivery.
• Passion for clean UX, edge‑case handling and high‑quality mobile products.
• Ability to work fast, take ownership and collaborate with product and design teams.
