APAC Demand Center Manager

About the role

Based in Singapore, you will lead end‑to‑end demand generation for the APAC region (excluding China). You will shape the strategy, drive digital growth and ensure a seamless funnel from lead acquisition to conversion, supporting Henkel’s regional business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the APAC demand generation strategy, aligning it with country and SBU growth targets.
• Optimize SEO, SEM, GEO, website, and social media channels to maximise visibility and pipeline.
• Establish lead management governance, measurement frameworks and integration between marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns tailored to regional audiences, personas and messaging.
• Analyse performance data, manage budgets and make investment decisions to maximise ROI.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional team, collaborate with SBUs and manage agency partners.
• Support special projects, pilot programmes and other strategic initiatives as required.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing regional APAC marketing programmes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn new tools and techniques.
