APAC Project Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem

About the role

This role is with a fast‑growing Microsoft Partner operating across Australia and the broader APAC region. You will lead end‑to‑end technology projects that span ERP, CRM, Data, Copilot and emerging AI solutions, working directly with senior customers to translate business goals into tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and commercial drivers.
• Connect ERP, CRM, Data & AI components within a broader transformation roadmap and drive delivery while balancing technical realities and expectations.
• Translate complex technology conversations into clear actions, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Stay current on Microsoft product developments, AI capabilities and relevant technology trends.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end delivery experience with ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management abilities with commercial awareness.
• Curiosity about Data, AI, Copilot and the evolving Microsoft ecosystem.
• Self‑starter attitude, independent judgement and ability to bring clarity to unstructured situations.
