Application Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead the management and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, security, and alignment with business needs across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage application support, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead implementation and improvement projects for enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels.
• Handle incidents, problems, changes, and production issues.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Ensure compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and management reports.
• Lead and mentor application support and development teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in application management, support, or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
