Application Support Analyst (Red Hat OpenShift, Solaris, Trading UI Platforms, AWS, ECS, RHEL)

About the role

The role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications deployed on AWS and Red Hat OpenShift platforms. You will work with Linux, Solaris and containerised environments, ensuring high availability and performance for trading‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot applications running on AWS ECS and EC2 environments.
• Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift services and containerized applications.
• Perform Linux/RHEL and Solaris administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts and Red Hat Ansible automation for application support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production applications, including AWS applications and related operational issues.
• Support application environments with exposure to blockchain, digital asset trading, custody, and Trading UI platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, with hands‑on experience in AWS ECS and EC2.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
