Appointment Setting Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setting Executive to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that supports our business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, messaging platforms and social media.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria to identify viable opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Provide basic information about our services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to track interactions.
