About the role
We are seeking an Architectural Associate to support the development of project briefs, design proposals and site coordination. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure projects progress smoothly from concept to construction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine project briefs, prepare planning and regulatory applications.
- Create design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
- Assist in detailed design, coordinate design information and produce tender documentation.
- Liaise with authorities for statutory approvals and attend site visits.
- Coordinate consultants, advise clients on contracts, and support contract administration.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Familiarity with local building regulations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
- Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
Required skills
- Computer‑aided design (CAD).
- Knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia building regulations.
