Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator supports the design and construction process by coordinating drawings, consultants, technical documentation, and site activities. This role ensures architectural designs are integrated with structural, MEP and other disciplines while maintaining quality, timelines and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design coordination: align architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants, resolve design conflicts and ensure consistency across all drawing stages.
• Documentation & drawings: prepare and review architectural, shop and as‑built drawings, manage revisions and maintain drawing registers while ensuring compliance with specifications and local codes.
• Site coordination: liaise with contractors and subcontractors, conduct site inspections, monitor progress and address design‑related issues on‑site.
• Quality & compliance: ensure architectural work meets quality standards, coordinate approvals with authorities and support health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Communication & reporting: act as the link between architects, engineers, contractors and clients, prepare progress reports, track RFIs and submittals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in architectural coordination or construction projects.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience on large‑scale commercial or residential projects is preferred.
• Professional licensure or progress toward architectural registration is an advantage.
