Architectural Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support the lead architect in translating client and consultant requirements into detailed design solutions. The role bridges design, documentation and on‑site execution, ensuring that architectural intent aligns with project schedules, budgets and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants and contractors to meet project requirements, regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones to ensure progress aligns with goals.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings to aid contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on‑site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, method statements and project correspondence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction follows approved architectural plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock‑ups and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, preferably on large‑scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
