Architectural Coordinator – Main Contractor

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support site coordination for architectural trades on construction projects across Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with architectural services and other on‑site trades to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support site coordination for architectural trades, ensuring timely communication between architectural services and other on‑site trades.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring and review of the construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors to guarantee compliance with specifications.
• Ensure quality standards are met without deviation from authority requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in architectural coordination or construction.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, ensuring smooth progress, high quality standards and minimal defects.
