Architectural Coordinator – Singapore

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will lead the coordination of design drawings, ensure compliance with authority requirements, and supervise architectural works on high‑rise projects. You will work closely with consultants, client representatives, and subcontractors to deliver quality construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority standards.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and liaise with client, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Manage BIM data, maintain project template files, and resolve clash issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed drawings, material samples, mock‑ups, and transmittals for approval.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Compile as‑built drawings and conduct minor coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.
• Conduct site checks to verify compliance with construction documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural construction supervision on projects of similar scale.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience with high‑rise building projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the site office.
