Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will lead the coordination and supervision of all architectural drawings, materials, and on‑site work for private residential projects. This role ensures that design intent, quality standards, and construction timelines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, material procurement, and monitor work progress across the site.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and M&E staff to resolve design and technical issues.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain architectural workmanship standards.
• Supervise a team of NTS and PRC workers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular site inspections, take measurements, and verify compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in private residential construction.
• Diploma in Architecture or Building Technology.
• Registered R.T.O with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Familiarity with BCA Conquas/QM procedures and quality control processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BCA Conquas/QM and related quality control methods.
• Strong understanding of architectural specifications and construction requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical issues.
• Experience supervising on‑site construction crews.
