Art Instructor – Full‑time Teaching Role

About the role

The Artlette team is seeking a passionate Art Instructor to join our creative, dynamic studio. You will teach children, inspire learning, and contribute to a fun‑loving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and conduct lessons for all curriculum and workshops according to Artlette standards.
• Provide feedback to parents and prepare student reports.
• Attend to student/parent queries and recommend suitable programs.
• Reply to email and phone inquiries.
• Handle cashier duties for payments.
• Schedule classes and manage administrative tasks.
• Maintain studio cleanliness.

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with good class‑management skills.
• Self‑initiative, independent and willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong interpersonal skills, honest and responsible.
• Team player who supports and respects colleagues.
• Organized with good documentation skills.
• Creative, challenges norms and seeks continuous improvement.
• Graduated from an art institution or related teaching qualification with at least 1 year experience.
• Available to work on weekends.
