Assistant Digital Platform Engagement Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Platform Engagement Manager will support the growth and day‑to‑day management of Mediacorp’s micro‑drama channels on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Working closely with content production and marketing teams, the role uses data‑driven insights to optimise content performance, boost audience engagement and ensure operational excellence across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor platform performance, audience behaviour and content trends, producing actionable analytics to improve reach and retention.
• Develop and execute platform‑specific growth strategies, including optimisation of publishing schedules, hashtags, metadata and A/B testing of thumbnails, captions and formats.
• Manage community interactions, fostering an engaged online audience and handling user‑generated content and sentiment.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to translate audience insights into new content ideas and integrated campaign strategies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day platform operations such as content publishing, compliance checks and adherence to best‑practice guidelines.
