Assistant Manager, Corporate Leadership and Innovation Programme

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the Corporate Leadership and Innovation Programme (CLIP) at NTUpreneur, driving business development, marketing and execution of executive education programmes for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to grow NTUpreneur’s executive programmes, including digital and print collateral.
• Identify and engage potential corporate clients and global training platforms, preparing presentation decks and proposals.
• Coordinate with corporate clients, faculty and senior leadership to design customised executive courses, suggesting trending topics and new market opportunities.
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring course quality, instructor onboarding, scheduling and logistical arrangements.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback, driving continuous improvement of programmes.
• Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as Enterprise Singapore, to enhance programme profitability and sustainability.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing, business development or programme management.
• Experience coordinating with academic and corporate partners to deliver customised training.
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
