Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

The Assistant Manager will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that build the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders across various career stages. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, ongoing learning initiatives, and strategic capability‑building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning solutions for representative and leader development.
• Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning initiatives across the agency force.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to implement strategic capability‑building projects.
• Manage training administration activities to support programme execution and learner experience.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Develop engaging training materials aligned to business objectives.
• Support innovative learning solutions, including GenAI‑enabled role‑play simulations.
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, HR, Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training, learning & development, education or financial services.
• Experience in financial services, agency training or representative development environments.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Completed CMFAS Modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI, and RES5.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with digital learning tools.
