Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications to unite the diverse businesses within SJ Integrated Solutions and tell our collective story. You will work closely with business leaders, subject‑matter experts and corporate teams to create clear, impactful narratives that support our brand and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify and translate client successes, projects, innovations and employee stories into compelling content.
• Create content for social media, websites, case studies, presentations, articles and internal channels.
• Manage the marketing and content calendar across internal and external platforms.
• Plan and run B2B campaigns, monitor performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Lead marketing and communications for exhibitions, conferences, client visits, launches and internal events.
• Coordinate speakers, presentations, promotional materials and post‑event follow‑up.
• Support internal communications such as town halls, leadership messages, employee campaigns and newsletters.
• Maintain consistent positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all business units.
• Collaborate with creative leads, agencies and vendors to deliver communication materials on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably within technology or integrated solutions.
• Strong storytelling ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset to work across business units and with senior stakeholders.
