Assistant Manager, Marketing

About the role

Singapore EXPO is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing to blend commercial acumen, brand building, and storytelling. You will drive demand generation, support the sales pipeline, and reinforce Singapore EXPO’s position as the premier venue for events, concerts, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that enhance brand positioning and meet commercial targets.
• Manage marketing portfolios including venue promotions, live entertainment, sustainability initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar across website, social media, and e‑mail channels.
• Produce compelling copy, case studies, brochures, presentations, and digital assets in collaboration with designers and agencies.
• Support lead‑generation programmes, partner with the sales team on tactical campaigns, and create collateral for trade shows and industry events.
• Optimise digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analyse performance to improve engagement, lead quality and ROI.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with tenants, organisers, sponsors and influencers.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Excellent storytelling and brand‑building capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and timelines.
• Collaborative attitude working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
