Assistant Manager / Project Manager – Property Development

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Project Manager to lead property development projects from concept through to handover. The role involves coordinating design, construction and regulatory approvals to deliver high‑quality residential developments across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of property development, including conception, design, construction and timely completion.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects to meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Manage tendering, contract awards, construction administration and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Secure planning approvals and monitor project milestones with regulatory bodies.
• Ensure completed projects align with design concepts and exceed purchaser expectations.
• Coordinate handover to the property management team and purchasers, maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree with at least 4 years of experience in property development.
• Familiarity with Singapore property projects, local building codes and authority approval procedures.
• Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from concept design to TOP and handover.
