Assistant Partnerships – APAC

About the role

CAA Singapore is looking for an Assistant Partnerships – APAC to support its Sports Executives. You will provide administrative and sales assistance, conduct market research, manage diaries, and help secure new brand partnerships for a portfolio of high‑profile sports properties and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general market research and analysis on clients, brands, territories and legislation.
• Cold‑outreach prospective brands to generate new business leads.
• Create pitch decks and client meeting update presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day support including diary management, travel arrangements and expense processing.
• Assist the team with ongoing projects across a broad client base.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar support or sales function.
• Professional fluency in English and preferably one additional Asian language.
• Experience working in Asia and pitching to Asian businesses.
• Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload, multitask and collaborate across internal teams.
• General understanding of the marketing and partnerships industry.
