Sales & Marketing Assistant – South Pacific

About the role

Bang & Olufsen is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager across the South Pacific region. The role offers exposure to brand activations, product launches, and retail operations in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, events and brand experiences.
• Coordinate logistics for event materials and marketing assets across markets.
• Support the preparation of presentation decks, reports and PR clippings.
• Help consolidate sales reports, track retail initiatives and prepare business review materials.
• Liaise with HQ teams, agencies, media partners, KOLs and local stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or a recent graduate with a positive attitude.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
