Assistant Producer

About the role

VICINITY is looking for a full‑time Assistant Producer to join its Singapore studio. You will help drive the production of video, social media, design and event projects by supporting planning, scheduling and on‑set activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling production timelines and resources.
• Coordinate on‑set activities and liaise with clients to ensure clear communication.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables and support the creative team.
• Help prepare basic budgets and monitor expenses.
• Collaborate closely with producers and cross‑functional team members to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Experience in planning, coordination or scheduling for production projects.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with video production, events or design projects is a plus.
