Assistant Service Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Service Manager will support the Outlet Manager in delivering excellent food-and-beverage service at our flagship outlet. You will help drive revenue, control costs and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations and staff coordination.
• Drive revenue, maximise profits and minimise costs.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high service standards and overall cleanliness of the outlet.
• Develop strong relationships with team members and support their growth.
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and performance.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training and monthly scheduling of staff.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, or retail.
• Strong financial management, business acumen and knowledge of sales and marketing trends.
• Excellent customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective planning, people‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
