Assistant Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Tax Manager to support the Group on all tax‑related matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role will focus on tax compliance, structuring, transfer pricing and advisory for real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for real‑estate transactions and entities in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local tax laws.
• Prepare and file corporate tax returns and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and local tax authorities for proper reporting.
• Lead tax structuring and due‑diligence for acquisitions, disposals and investments, providing advice to optimise tax efficiency.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to integrate tax considerations into transaction processes.
• Design and implement tax‑efficient structures for cross‑border real‑estate deals, including joint ventures and partnerships.
• Assess tax implications of financing and ownership structures and advise on holding, financing and repatriation strategies.
• Manage transfer‑pricing documentation for real‑estate entities, ensuring compliance with local and international rules.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in tax advisory or tax management within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional tax laws, real‑estate transaction tax, structuring and transfer pricing.
• Proven ability to handle tax compliance, filings and liaise with tax authorities.
