About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to join Garena’s Legal team at our Singapore headquarters. The role involves collaborating closely with both legal and business functions to provide comprehensive legal support across Garena’s regional operations.

Key responsibilities

Advise business units on corporate, intellectual property, employment, regulatory, litigation, technology and privacy matters.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Support dispute resolution and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

Required profile

Qualified lawyer in Singapore with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience at a reputable law firm.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
Strong legal and commercial judgment, teamwork orientation and high efficiency.
Experience in disputes, regulatory compliance or intellectual property is advantageous.
A genuine passion for gaming is a plus.
